Payment Options
(please check one):
__ 50% down with signing of contract. Balance to be paid to speaker 2 weeks
prior to event.
__ If bill is paid within 2 weeks, a 10% discount will be deducted from the
entire bill, excluding hotel, travel and shipping expense.
Travel Expenses
(please check one):
__ Option # 1: Client will provide air tickets, number of sleeping rooms
necessary at site, plus cost of transportation to and from airport, meals and
tips, and shipment of any required props or overheads.
__ Option # 2: “Turnkey” Client makes and pays for speaker’s sleeping room
at site. Speaker pays for all meals, etc. Speaker purchases own air ticket and
pays all miscellaneous expenses and travel to and from airport. Client pays a
flat fee for these expenses.
